An "ABC's" and "Art Appreciation" lesson all rolled into one. This utterly unique and original mixed media photography and collage artwork is handmade by Brooklyn, New York artist Faune Yerby.
It starts with her vibrant photographic portraits of vintage toy animals and alphabet blocks. Using nineteenth-century photography techniques and modern chemicals, Faune next individually hand-colors and tones all prints before mounting them on canvas.
