The stunning work of San Francisco architect turned designer Molly McGrath is informed by graphic design, textiles, and nature. While a student at Berkeley, she learned to use a laser cutter to create building models... and subsequently retooled the machine to craft accessories that are works of art in their own right.
She runs her studio in the werkstatte tradition - a hybrid of design, craft, and tech with a focus on the applied arts.
