    • Inspired by patterns and designs found in their 180-year old archives, this charcoal "Allegheny" blanket is still woven in the same Pennsylvania mill where it all began.

Cozy, comfortable, and surprisingly soft for 100% fine-grade wool, the design features engineered stripes and selvage edge detail with contrasting whip-stitch trim. Breathable and extremely durable, the Allegheny provides ideal long-lasting comfort on cool fall days and chilly winter nights.

Founded in 1830, Woolrich Woolen Mills iconic status as the longest continuously running woolen mill in the United States is well deserved. From providing blankets during the Civil War to outfitting Admiral Byrd’s expedition to Antarctica, they've pretty much written the book on how to craft a good, honest blanket.

"It's the personal, family spirit of shared enterprise that has fueled Woolrich for the last two centuries, and those core values come through in every product we put our name on."Joshua W. Rich | Eighth generation descendant of founder John Rich
