Items "Handcrafted to Order" or "Fabricated per Kiln Schedule" (such as Bauer Pottery) sometimes take a little longer. Just click on the "Shipping + Returns" tab found on every product page for specific information about that item's expected lead time:
Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days (excluding processing.)
First Class Package Service - 2 to 4 business days (excluding processing.)
Please be aware that multiple item orders may be fulfilled from several locations; i.e., your items may arrive separately.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
A vast majority of our items ship to these lovely locales for the exact same price as the lower & eastern 48.
When it comes to some of our heavier items -- pottery and ceramics, for example -- it naturally costs a bit more to send things that-a-way. On a per item basis, therefore, you'll sometimes find an added surcharge to make shipping those goods feasible.
Other times, the following message may pop up:
Sorry, your cart exceeds our maximum single order shipping weight limit to this destination.
- Lighten the load and try again, or
- Split your order into two separate transactions.

Firecracker partners with the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx to ship your packages. When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes carrier information and a tracking # so you may chart the progress of your delivery.
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" and "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping methods available to you when placing your order. Therefore, adding more items to your basket will sometimes result in incremental additional charges… sometimes it won't.
The good news is many of our items ship free, and more items are being added to that list everyday.
While we would love to offer free shipping for every item site-wide ~ hey, we're shoppers too, we get it ~ the fact is our small business simply cannot support it at this time. We will definitely offer more discounted/free shipping as soon as it becomes feasible.
In the meantime, we always strive to offer you the most economical shipping rates possible, and are continually on the lookout for ways to improve in that regard.
